Many American Kenpoists seem to be intrigued with Systema, the Russiam martial art. Check out this unique style at http://www.russianmartialart.com/main.php?page=seminars. I have attended several seminars in Colorado and in Toronto with Sifu Fowler and several other black belts from my school. Great cross training for Kenpoists. The system was develped by Russian Warriors. A little bit of trivia: Did you know Russian President Putin has a black belt in the martial arts-Judo actually.

Seminar Review of Russian System Training Camp in Toronto
This was a great seminar. It earns 5 fists. Major emphasis on breathing, moving and relaxing.
What I liked best: There were numerous instructors working the room. Vladmir is amazing to watch move, but there were at least 50 of us. While you get some personal interaction, for the beginner the number and level of other instructors at an event is important. I trained with a police sargent from Kansas City, Ray Pohl, a 5th degree kenpoist from Chicago who is a systema instructor and has a Kenpo school there(he was exceptionally helpful), with Brad from Colorado http://www.russiansystem.com/ and there were numerous in attendance who had been to the Colorado camp.
This is a must attend for anyone interested in Systema and wouldn't be a bad first seminar.
Toronto is a beautiful, diverse, clean city. The weather was great and every type of ethnic food was available. I stayed at the Westin Prince and recommend that hotel if you go to the school or to Spring trianing week. I had several friends sho picked cheap laces and ended up moving. You can stay at the Prince for less than $150 per night.
